


In English "His Breath, His Word", a Nahuatl saying spoken by the Mexica of Mexico (or better known as the Aztecs). The language of Nahuatl is an ancient and powerful language, however it is dying. Fewer and fewer people are speaking this incredible native language so I had to do my part in keeping it alive. The orange flowers are a symbol of the god Xochipilli whereas the hummingbirds were symbolic as carriers of the soul. All imagery was inspired by pre-hispanic art, brought to the modern age of design.
