THE PROBLEM
Upwards is a rapidly scaling childcare tech company serving both private and public sector clients. As the organization expanded to support a growing number of military families, there was an increased demand for strategic marketing initiatives across digital and experiential channels. I contributed to the development and execution of cohesive email marketing campaigns, optimized paid media efforts on Meta platforms, and led a comprehensive refresh of social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
